As the country continues to adapt to minimize the spread of the COVID-19 outbreak, please know that our priority is to continue to provide a superior client experience while protecting the health and safety of our team and their families.
Like you, we have taken a number of precautionary measures to minimize any and all risk to clients, colleagues, and others. These measures are informed by the current guidelines provided by the world's leading health authorities and experts, and we will continue to monitor these guidelines closely.
In the unlikely event of an office closure or other disruption, we are confident in our ability to seamlessly maintain operations. Our teams in New York and California are fully equipped to work remotely; all employees have a secure VPN connection to our network and our VOIP system allows calls to the office to be routed to an employee's mobile phone. Please note we will continue to receive and prepare paper applications for filing. Should the New York or California governments advise of any mailing or filing procedural changes we will notify you immediately.
Finally, we will continue to monitor the impact of our current health climate in relation to the jurisdictions we work with so that we may continue to fulfill your licensing needs. We are committed to ongoing communication with our clients and partners.
