Effective January 2nd, 2017, the Arizona Department of Financial Institutions will utilize NMLS (Nationwide Multistate Licensing System & Registry) to manage the licenses of all state licensed Collection Agencies. Currently licensed Collection Agencies must register for an NMLS account.
Previously, pharmacies needed to submit this data on a weekly basis. This mandate does not apply to pharmacies that applied and received approval for a waiver.
Note: waiver applications must be submitted with supporting "substantiating documentation" or they will not be reviewed by the Board. For information on this new ruling and instructions on how to apply for a waiver, see the NH Board of Pharmacy website.
