New Inspection Requirement for Washington State Pharmacies
Effective March 1, 2018 the pharmacy inspection reporting process for resident Washington pharmacies is changing from the previously used point-based classification system to a notice of deficiency-plan of correction model. All resident pharmacies must conduct an annual self-inspection in March or within 30 days of naming a new pharmacist in charge.
