New Jersey Now Accepting Applications for Appraisal Management Company License

The New Jersey State Real Estate Appraiser Board is now accepting applications for Appraisal Management Company Licenses. Per New Jersey Administrative Code, an Appraisal Management Company provides services to creditors or secondary mortgage market participants, and provides such services in connection with valuing a consumer's principle dwelling as security for a consumer credit transaction. In addition to the application form, there are surety bond, license fee, and application fee requirements.
