New Requirements to Kansas Non-Resident Pharmacy License
Effective January 12, 2018, the Kansas Board of Pharmacy now requires all non-resident pharmacies to have a Kansas-licensed Pharmacist in Charge. Existing license holders must complete the Pharmacist in Charge licensing process by June 30, 2018. Pharmacists may apply for licensure in Kansas through the NABP Reciprocity/Transfer application and will be required to pass the Kansas MPJE. In addition to the NABP fees, the Kansas Board of Pharmacy will collect a $64 fee to complete the licensing process. LicenseLogix can handle all applications and filing needs.
